ULTRASEAL
Description
The Ultraseal (H.E.P.A.) filters are available
with an efficiency of 95% (D.O.P), 99,97 and 99,99% to 0,3
micron. They are successfully used in various industries
such as hospitals and commercial buildings where a highest
possible degree of filtration is required. They are also used
when it is necessary to eliminate toxic or radioactive dust
or mould.
The Ultraseal offers what is best in quality and construction
while assuring a maximum efficiency in eliminating particles
of 0,3 micron. They meet all strict specifications issued
by the MIL STD 282 for high efficiency filters.
The HEPA filters are mainly used in the sectors that need
a high level of air quality.
Each of these filters have a certification that guarantees
that it has been tested in industries and that it corresponds
to what it was intended for when they are replaced.
Made of a particle wood or metal frame with a very high efficiency
media and aluminum separators.
Available efficiency : 95%, 99.97% and
99.99%.
Available thickness : 6 in et 12 in
Many sizes available to answer the industry standards.
Completely sealed and waterproof.
Advantages
The best in filtrating efficiency.
They tested D.O.P.
Retention of particles of 0,3 micron guaranteed.
HEPA certified according to federal standards.
Long lifetime.
All filters are constructed with aluminum separators. The
ultra thin micro-fiberglass media is sealed with urethane
to the fire retardant particle board or to a galvanized steel
frame of 18 or 24 gages. A neoprene gasket is applied to the
rear surface of the filter (unless specified).
Due to the output given, HEPA filters must be preceded with
a good quality pre filtrating device that will insure a lifetime
as long as possible
